Believe Again

“Whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and even greater works than these.” — John 14:12

There are moments when circumstances can make what we are hoping for seem impossible. That is often where doubt begins to speak louder than faith. Yet Sunday's message reminded us of the importance of believing in what God can do.

Jesus said in John 14:12 that whoever believes in Him will do the works that He does, and even greater works. The starting point is belief. Not pretending that challenges do not exist, but choosing not to let what we see become the limit of what we believe God can do.

Perhaps there is an area of your life where you have stopped expecting anything different. Maybe previous disappointments have made you cautious about hoping again.

Today, let us make room for faith again. We can acknowledge where we are while still believing that God is able to lead us beyond where we are. Sometimes the first step towards experiencing something different is simply becoming willing to believe again.

Keep believing. God is still able. Greater is ahead.
